Booked Inbox ("we," "us") books qualified discovery calls for marketing agencies. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we handle it. The short version: we collect very little, we don't sell any of it, and we only use it to talk to you about working together.
What we collect
- Booking details. If you book a call through the Calendly scheduler embedded on this site, Calendly collects the details you provide (name, email, and any answers to booking questions) and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly's own privacy policy governs their handling of that data.
- Email correspondence. If you email us or reply to an email from us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
- Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site. We don't use this to identify you.
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To hold the call you booked and prepare for it.
- To respond to your messages and follow up on our conversations.
- To provide our service if we end up working together.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We don't share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run our business (such as Calendly for scheduling and our email provider), who process it on our behalf.
Our outreach emails
We reach out to marketing agency owners by email using publicly available business contact information. Every message we send identifies who we are and includes a working way to opt out. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we stop, and we honor that across future campaigns. We aim to comply with applicable email laws, including CAN-SPAM (US) and CASL (Canada).
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email corey@bookedinbox.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
